These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://sixtwofourhotel.com (the “Website”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Six Two Four Hotel (“Hotel”, “we”, “us”, “our”), located in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, México. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website presents information about the Hotel, its rooms (Standard Double, Standard King and Deluxe Suite), promotions and private events. The Website does not process reservations or payments itself. Availability searches and bookings are completed on a third-party reservation system (see section 2).
Promotions shown on the Website, such as early-booking offers (30, 60 or 90 days in advance), are subject to availability, blackout dates and the conditions displayed in the booking engine. The percentages shown are maximums, apply to our best available rate, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time without affecting confirmed bookings.
You may contact us through the inquiry form on the Events page to ask about weddings, corporate events, retreats or private celebrations. Submitting the form does not create a booking or reserve space or dates. Any event will be confirmed only through a written proposal or agreement signed or accepted by both parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you submit.
On arrival, guests must comply with the Hotel’s house rules and check-in requirements, including presenting valid identification. The Hotel may refuse or end a stay, without refund, for conduct that endangers other guests, staff or property, or that violates the law or the house rules. Guests are responsible for damage they cause to Hotel property.
Photos, descriptions, amenities and distances (for example, the beach distance) are provided for general information and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available.
The Website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Six Two Four name and design, are owned by or licensed to the Hotel and protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
The Website links to third-party services, including Cloudbeds, Facebook, Instagram and Tripadvisor, and may display third-party content such as maps. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Hotel, its owners, employees and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any linked third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify the Hotel against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect and use personal data and cookies on the Website. They form part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the changes. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San José del Cabo / Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that allow you to bring a claim elsewhere, including before the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).
For questions about these Terms, write to info@sixtwofourhotel.com or [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [FULL ADDRESS], San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, México, or call +52 624 123 2892.
